Launching in March 2026, the Academy offers a comprehensive, practical training program designed from the ground up for youth leaders and ministry workers who are ready to grow — regardless of the resources around them. From biblical leadership foundations to digital ministry tools, every element of the curriculum is built for real-world impact.

Beyond the curriculum, you will join an exclusive mentors' network — a community of trained leaders who continue to support, challenge, and grow with one another long after the program ends. Because leadership was never meant to be done alone.

Sponsorships are available to cover enrollment costs for leaders at under-resourced congregations. Whether your church covers your tuition or a generous sponsor does — the Academy exists to ensure that a lack of finances never stands between a called leader and the training they need.
